Some Disney photopass pictures

We bought the Disney Photopass CD... In Disney, they have photographers everywhere... you get a little card, that they scan in and you can get pictures taken all over at the parks and resorts. ITs fun to see. We purchased the CD and they mail it to you. ..You can add borders and all that fun stuff. I will add more here and there :) I can keep my little page going. I am still going to write about our travel home :) In the meantime...enjoy.

Ty met Santa AND Mrs Claus!
This was in Epcot at the America Pavilion :)

Day 10 - Our last day...

What another gorgeous day we woke up to! Since we wanted to get on the road by 4, we decided to walk to Epcot again. We wanted to soak up as much as we could in the last few hours. We have a spectacular view... just lush green landscaping and well maintained buildings... it is so clean, and looks brand new. We noticed that they paint all the time too. If there is a purple sign, they make sure that it looks freshly painted and clean. I guess that is why Disney is in a whole other league. Its just incredible.

Ty is chillin...

Here I am at 10am with a glass of wine :)

IT was really hot, and Ty was in rare form. We had some time-out moments...

Here is Tyler and I in Japan before it gets REAL interesting...

As most toddlers do, haha they was a meltdown that landed him in time-out in Japan. I tried to tuck us back on the side of a building where there were some steps. Tyler was SO upset, but I had to be firm, so I had to really "hold" him in time out. He was screaming and crying, just really upset. We were out of the way, but this sweet Japanese lady was working the Kaki-Gori (shaved ice treat) stand was watching. So when he had calmed down, we talked about what happened. He said so sincerely and sweetly and loud enough that everyone heard. "I am very sorry Mommy, I promise to be good, I love you Mommy... can I have ice cream now?" Everyone thought it was the cutest thing, but I knew what he was up to! haha So as we walked by, the Japanese lady asked Tim if he could have a Kaki-Gori because he was so cute. Did I feel like the bad guy or what?! haha Against our better judgement, we said it was ok, and the sweet Japanese lady asked what flavor he would like... He very proudly exclaimed "I think I really like a pink one." haha
Here is Tyler and Daddy, we are all happy again... You can see his pink Kaki-Gori :)

Tyler LOVED the trains... wherever we went, if their were trains, he was so happy...
Here we are at the United States Pavilion...
You can just see the joy in his face :)

On the way out, we ran into some friends...

Tyler had them all to himself...what a great way to end a spectacular trip!

Hi fives all around

Back to the Boardwalk...Tim went back into the DVC office :)

One more picture of the pools!

You can see the Tower of Terror from the Boardwalk entrance

First week of December... here is the temp as we were heading out...

On our way out, we stopped at Downtown Disney to get some last minutes gifts... one of which was The Goofy Candy Company to get some special hand dipped rice crispy treats to take home for our family. It was so cool! They blew a whistle and declared that it was Celebration Parade time! They got our hats and music instruments and all the children got to march in a parade around the store... Tyler got the drums and he took this job very seriously. He LOVES music, so this was perfect!
He marched around with the other children for a while, but later decided he liked doing it on his own.

He got lots of smiles from people all around...
He put on his own little show...haha

PRECIOUS!

Tyler got a "Year of a Million Dreams" Certificate and he was just adorable.
One more picture at Downtown Disney...with Pooh bear!

We gathered all of our stuff, said our last goodbyes..or rather... "TTFN and SEE ya real soon!" and were on our way to Georgia...
We had such a magical, INCREDIBLE time... we CANNOT WAIT to go back and are planning to in the near future.
"When you wish upon a star..." right?!

Up next... the journey home and last minute thoughts...

Disney Day 9 - Boardwalk Baby

We wake up early, check out of CBR and head over to The Boardwalk. Since we cannot check in yet, we leave our packed up car and walk to Epcot from the Boardwalk. Just over the bridge...nice and easy :)
We get Epcot and enter between France and United Kingdom. If anyone recalls, UK is one of our faves :)
Look how gorgeously blue the sky is?!

Here is The Rose and Crown...to the right of the red phone booth is where we get the fish and chips...to the left is where we go into the pub for the goodness :) haha

I immediately ran to The Land to get my fast pass for Soarin'... on the way I got a free set of mickey "year of a million dreams" ears! I was SOOOO excited... I wished Tim and Ty were with me. I got my fast pass, the standby line was already at a 2 hour wait...and here it was morning, and I was due back for my fast pass at 5:00! I was hoping that it was worth it! haha It must be, right?
Here is the monorail...we still got excited everytime we saw one! Tyler LOVED it!

We were on our way to Mexico for lunch...TyTy was hungry, and it was really HOT. Canada is in the background...

MY EARS! Ty would not wear them and you really had to twist my arm to wear them! haha

We had lunch in Mexico, it was really good...however the chips were not authentic...they were more like tostitos... hmmm
I had a refreshing margarita! Frozen, no salt... I normally go, on the rocks with no salt...however, it was hot and I wanted it to last long. haha Ty and I went on the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros inside Epcot's Mexico Pavilion...it was much like A Small World, with new movies... Donald Duck is adorable.
Ty really liked it...
After we rode, we went back to check into the Boardwalk...
Gorgeous landscaping is everywhere...

The Beach and Yacht Club is facing The Boardwalk...It looks like a fun place to stay...

After we settled in, we got our suits on and went swimming. Tim got on the Clown waterslide. The lifeguard made hand balloons for the kids at the pool...we met a nice man and his kids... he was giving us all this info about DVC. He was literally staying at Disney for 3 weeks! Can you imagine! we had a blast... When we were done, we went back to the room and rested a bit...got showers and we went back to Epcot...we could walk, remember :)
I ran and did my Soarin' ride which was INCREDIBLE!
I really felt like I was flying... just amazing.
Worth the wait, well for those who didn't have a fast pass... I waited maybe 10 minutes... and most of that was walking.
When I got back and met Tim and Tyler, we saw that we arrived JUST in time for the tree lighting!
The car rode right by us!

Singing

Amazing!

Ty had an excellent view!

The characters put on a WHOLE show, just to light the tree... just wonderful... it really gets you in the spirit.
When they were finished, they walked right by us :)

All of the lights and decorations were so elaborate. Breathtaking really...

To be continued...
